08/08/2022 The Joint Application and Consent Forms for Student Health Service and School Dental Care Service of the Department of Health are now available for collection.

In line with the enhanced cyber security measures of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Internet service of the School Dental Care Service of the Department of Health will implement a strong password policy from June 1, 2022 onwards. Both Student Internet Service and School Internet Service will be affected, and you will be prompted to change your password when it is expired with the Strong Password policies as below:
    Password Complexity and Length
    • At least eight characters with combinations of mixed-case alphabetic characters, numerals and special characters, or
    • At least ten characters with combinations of mixed-case alphabetic characters and either numerals or special characters
    Password History
    • Last ten passwords remembered that cannot be repeated
    Account Lockout
    • After five continuous invalid logon attempts
    • Need to contact clinic to reset or re-register
    Password Expiry
    • Expire in 6 months

Latest arrangements for School Dental Clinics:
The “Emergency Response Level” has been activated by the Government in response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) outbreaks. If your child or the accompanying person has any of the following conditions, please do not attend your appointment and call clinic for appointment rescheduling:
  1. Any of the following symptoms on the appointment day or 7 days before:
    • Fever (≥ 37.5°C)
    • Coughing or difficulty in breathing
    • Muscle ache, headache or confusion
    • Sore throat or runny nose
    • Chest pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea
    • Altered taste or smell sensation
  2. In the 7 days before appointment:
    • Contacted with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 (e.g. meal together)
    • Attended class with confirmed case of COVID-19 in the same classroom at school
  3. Your child or the accompanying person, or the persons living together with your child is under Quarantine or Medical Surveillance on the appointment day
  4. Required to undertake Compulsory Testing but have not completed all test(s) or pending result on the appointment day
