Every participant of the School Dental Care Service will receive a SDCS handbook. It records the student's oral condition and dental treatment received in the school dental clinic. It also includes information concerning some commonly occurring oral problems and their management. In order to have a complete dental record for your child, please keep your handbook in good condition and have your handbook with you each time you attend our service.

If your SDCS handbook is lost, please report to your child's designated school dental clinic for replacement.
